Thank you for choosing Red Reels for your ticket bookings, loyalty programs, and e-commerce transactions. We strive to provide an ultra-luxurious and smart cinema experience across our national chain in India.
1. Ticket Booking
Booking Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified film, date, showtime, and location. Unused tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
- For cash transactions at the box office, refunds will be made in cash.
- Online payments (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card) will be refunded back to the respective accounts.
Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled showtime are eligible for refunds.
- If a show is canceled or rescheduled, refunds will be initiated automatically.
3. Loyalty Programs
Refunds for loyalty program memberships and points earned are not applicable.
4. E-Commerce
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds available within 15 days of product delivery.
- Products must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags intact.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment mode.
- COD refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Coupons, Vouchers, Promo Codes
Refunds are not applicable for redeemed or expired coupons, vouchers, or promo codes.
6. Partner Websites
Refunds for purchases made on partner websites are subject to the partner’s refund policy.
7. Refund to Original Payment Mode
Red Reels ensures all refunds are processed to the original payment mode.
