Refund Policy Guidelines
Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if a film screening is canceled due to uncontrollable factors, such as technical malfunctions, guests may be eligible for a refund of the ticket price only.
Refunds are at the discretion of RED REELS management and will be processed according to the original payment method.
Mode of Refund
- Cash purchases will be refunded in cash upon returning the printed ticket copy.
- Online payments via credit cards, UPI, or e-commerce platforms will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Guests must initiate a chargeback request through their bank for online payments.
- Refunds may take up to 21 working days to reflect in the account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Loyalty program memberships.
- Points redeemed for ticket bookings.
- Expired or redeemed coupons, e-codes, and vouchers.
Legal Disclaimer
Guests agree not to take legal action against RED REELS regarding cancellations. We reserve the right to suspend operations temporarily due to unforeseen circumstances.

Recording any part of a movie screening is strictly prohibited. Legal consequences include fines and imprisonment under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
2. Enforcement of Anti-Piracy Measures
- Surveillance cameras may monitor audience behavior.
- Staff may conduct random checks during screenings.
- Violations will be reported to law enforcement.
3. Ownership of Content Rights
All exhibited content is licensed from authorized distributors. The intellectual property of movies, soundtracks, trailers, and promotional materials belongs to respective copyright holders.
4. Use of Promotional Materials
Theaters cannot modify or reuse movie posters and promotional content without permission.
5. Public Performance Rights
Screening rights must be legally obtained from distributors or production houses, with proof maintained.
6. Audience Responsibilities
Patrons are prohibited from recording audio or video content inside the cinema.
7. Licensing for Background Music
Theater premises must have proper licenses to play background music in lobbies and concession areas.
8. Digital Rights Management (DRM)
DRM measures may be enforced to prevent unauthorized duplication of digital movie files.
9. Penalties for Copyright Violation
Legal action and fines may be imposed on individuals caught recording or distributing movie content illegally.
